Formulate/ approve short/long-term operating objectives, i.e. cost reduction/quality improvement/new product development/integration at plant level, etc. Ensure GMP/ Food Safety/SHE/Risk/ Legislation/ statutory/company requirements finished product scores/ decrease in customer complaints in place/maintained/targeted/consistent scores achieved in all audits. Ensure mill runs at design capacity/targeted operational efficiency achieved within quality specs/milling down time <= 0,5% of the total milling hours in the mill. Ensure adherence to Corporate Governance/Co. policies and SOPs/it adds to the value of the co./it is beneficial to all stakeholders in the long term/CI in Financial Mngt/ zero write offs/ targeted production efficiency achieved. Ensure staff training/leadership/teamwork/maintain high morale/CI in plant availability/production efficiency %/reduction in product deviation. Ensure inventory mngt/ finished product/ vitamins/additives/consumable model stock levels maintained/manufacturing losses eliminated. Ensure asset mngt/ achieve overall production parameters/continuous availability of equipment/ reduced down time due to equipment breakdown/reduced milling/engineering costs.
