• Install, maintain, and repair coffee machines, hydro boils and chilled water dispensing machines at client sites

• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance

• Ensure machines are operating at peak efficiency

• Provide excellent on-site customer service and technical support

• Keep accurate records of work done, parts used, and service schedules

 
What We’re Looking For

• Matric or relevant technical qualification is preferred.

• Prior experience working with coffee machines, hydro boils or similar appliances e.g.: geysers etc. also preferred.

• A working knowledge of plumbing and electrical components.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites

• Customer-focused with good communication skills

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
