About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Network Finance in the Western Cape. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of our warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping/receiving. Key Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping/receiving.
Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Implement and refine warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness while minimising errors and waste.
Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and develop strategies to reduce excess inventory and stock outs.
Collaborate with other departments to meet customer expectations by ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.

Requirements

Matric
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
Valid driver’s license
Minimum 5 years work experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in warehousing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
