About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in the Western Cape region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, leading a high-performing team, and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping/receiving.
- Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and refine warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness while minimising errors and waste.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and develop strategies to reduce excess inventory and stock outs.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer expectations by ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Control operational costs within budgetary constraints, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 5 years work experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
