As a Workday Integration Consultant, you’ll work on complex, varied challenges where no two days are the same. You’ll collaborate with global teams, harness cutting-edge technology, and make a tangible difference to people’s lives through innovative HR transformation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and contributing to client-facing Workday projects, taking full ownership of one or more functional areas from design through to deployment
• Building and configuring integrations using Workday Studio and other integration tools
• Developing integrations with Identity Management systems, Payroll platforms, and ERP systems
• Understanding end-to-end HR/HCM business processes and gathering data requirements to support migration workflows
• Creating transformation logic and modelling data for various business flows
• Conducting unit and end-to-end testing to ensure seamless implementation
• Collaborating across HR and Financial transformation teams to deliver innovative, value-driven solutions

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Workday HCM Core certification/expertise
• Workday Integrations certification/expertise
• Proven experience in HR transformation projects
• Strong competency building integrations on Workday Studio
• Experience with Identity Management and Payroll system integrations
• Solid understanding of relational databases and ERP systems
• Knowledge of HR process flows and data modelling
