Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase and sales invoices using HubDoc and Dext.
- Reconcile debtors and creditors monthly.
- Format and upload bank statements into Xero on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Perform first-level bank reconciliations by matching receipts and payments to supporting documents.
- Prepare period-end schedules for prepayments and accruals and post related journal entries.
- Liaise with the payroll team and post monthly payroll journals.
- Generate reports from Xero as requested by senior colleagues.
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting.
- 0–2 years’ accounting experience, preferably within an accounting firm.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Experience using Xero, HubDoc, or Dext would be advantageous.
Remuneration:
R10 000 – R13 000 + benefits
