About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Safety & Compliance Officer to join our team at Total Serve Fcailitis Management. As a key member of our Health and Safety department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization operates within legal frameworks and minimizes financial costs associated with health and safety risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure machinery and equipment are safe and management systems meet current legal standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program.
• Identify and assess compliance risks across all areas of the organization.
• Conduct regular compliance training for employees.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
• Report compliance issues to senior management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Health and Safety or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Law, Business Management).
