Job Summary
OVERVIEW: This position oversees the day to day operation of the clinic ensuring high quality care for patients while managing the staff. This role combines managerial expertise with leadership skills to enhance patient outcomes and promote a collaborative work environment.The incumbent will be responsible for the hiring and training of new staff members.This position is responsible for managing the budget and costs of the clinic.The position works closely with medical and psychiatric professionals to improve patient care.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in health administration or related field (a masters degree in related field preferred).Experience in a managing a healthcare facility or clinic.RESPONSIBILITIES:Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.Communicate with multidisciplinary professionals to optimise patients treatment strategies.Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic.Oversee all clinic operations and staff duties.Oversee the clinics inventory by maintaining stock and purchasing new supplies as needed.Oversee the repair of the clinic equipment.Managing the clinics budget and costs.Perform the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.Manage internal and external communications, and attend to queries about the clinic.
