About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected business in Williston for an exceptional Retail Store Manager who is ready to step into a role with real impact and real growth potential. This is not a maintenance role, but rather a take it to the next level opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop staff to deliver high performance
- Drive strong stock control and ensure smart ordering decisions
- Analyse sales trends and identify product gaps customers arent even asking for yet
- Increase foot traffic and customer loyalty through strategic thinking
- Manage budgets tightly and protect margins
- Maintain exceptional store standards and cleanliness
- Handle staff performance, discipline and development
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Build strong relationships within the local community
Requirements
Minimum 5 years retail experience
Proven track record as a Retail Manager
Strong staff management experience
Solid stock management and buying exposure
Analytical mindset (you must understand numbers, trends and margins)
Computer literate (Excel and Word)
Valid drivers license
Matric essential
