About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dealership Service Advisor to join our team in Witbank. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintain basic technical understanding of vehicle systems
- Utilize Dealer Management Systems (Evolve | BSI | Keyloop Autoline | Keyloop Drive)
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 4 years recent experience as a Dealership Service Advisor within the Automotive Industry
- Basic Technical understanding of Vehicle systems
- Literacy in Dealer Management Systems (Evolve | BSI | Keyloop Autoline | Keyloop Drive) beneficial
- Valid Driver’s License required

- Formal education/certifications not specified
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary of R 10 000 to R 15 000 based on experience
