Requirements:
Post-matric with a Agricultural qualification, with at least 10 years experience in agricultural production
Knowledge of modern production practices
Specific knowledge / experience in irrigation practices
Good leader and communicational skills
Excellent Excel skills

Responsibilities:
Production:
Plant citrus of avocados, schedule irrigation, apply fertilizer, pest, plague and weed control, prune, harvest, monitoring, all manipulations

Personnel and administration:
Labor planning and management, recordkeeping, plan transport and accommodation, maintenance 

Financial:
Cost control by focusing on productivity.
