About the team: Fund Operations is responsible for the oversight and facilitation of transfer agent activities and supporting clients who invest in our client’s fund ranges. The Fund Operations Team supports the business by facilitating flows into and out of their global fund ranges. The Fund Operations team also owns the relationship with Transfer Agents and are responsible for oversight of their activities. One of the Transfer Agent activities is conducting due diligence check on clients’ identification documents to meet local Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Client (AML/KYC) requirements and protect clients’ investments. The purpose of this role is to monitor and support our client and Transfer Agents in their task of contacting clients to request and collect information to meet regulatory requirements of the Funds’ jurisdiction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee which clients are contacted, what is requested from them and how it is communicated Track Transfer Agents’ internal processes and monitor their progress Manage internal stakeholder communications and engagement Support clients and Transfer Agents who are engaged in queries or complaints Assist Client Group and Client Service teams who field related queries from clients Monitor trends or issues as they arise to adapt plans or processes and find ways to continuously improve Support and assist wider Fund Operations team activities where necessary Monitor Transfer Agent communications with clients to ensure good client experience is delivered Manage the daily priority log to help Transfer Agents prioritise work Identify risks and ensure effective controls are in place (both at the TA and internally) Ensure incidents are escalated and recorded in the firm’s Risk Event system, and procedures and processes/controls are evaluated to mitigate risk Contribute to cross-departmental projects / initiatives as required

Requirements:
