Desired Experience & Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC lathe setter and operator. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent math skills. Good communication skills. Proficient in using measuring equipment, including micrometers, depth verniers, clock gauges, inside micrometers, and telescopic gauges (will be tested during the interview process). Programming skills are essential. Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
