Your Role in the Team:

Respond to client queries via telephone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate quotes and book cargo on the Quick2Ship website.
Monitor and track shipments, resolving missed collections and other issues proactively.
Maintain detailed records of correspondence and bookings, ensuring all information is logged accurately.
Issue booking confirmations and guide clients on proper cargo labelling.
Handle invoicing with precision, ensuring correct rates and surcharges are applied.
Collaborate with integrators to resolve customer queries and provide updates.
Support compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
Assist management with ad hoc tasks and weekend shifts as required.

What Youll Bring:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an international courier or logistics company.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
High attention to detail and accurate data entry abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
The ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and contribute as a reliable team player.
