• Responsibilities*

  – Oversee daily restaurant operations

  – Manage and lead a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling

  – Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

  – Monitor food preparation and presentation

  – Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

  – Implement and uphold food safety standards

  – Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
