Hire Resolve`s Client is seeking to hire a Internal Sales Rep to join their team. The Internal Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in supporting the companys sales activities by engaging with customers, managing inquiries, and processing orders. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to maintain customer satisfaction and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Interaction

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
    • Provide technical or product information to customers as needed.
  2. Sales Support

    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Generate and follow up on quotes, ensuring timely responses to customers.
    • Assist in identifying customer needs and upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  3. Administrative Tasks

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order details in the CRM system.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding pricing, delivery, and returns.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts as requested by the Sales Manager.
  4. Collaboration

    • Coordinate with external sales representatives and other departments (e.g., logistics, accounts, and marketing) to ensure seamless customer service.
    • Support the Sales Manager in achieving team sales targets.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Matric Certificate or equivalent (essential).
  • A qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (advantageous).

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an internal sales or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of [industry-specific (import and export wholesale) products/services] is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
