Salary:

R25,000 – R30,000 CTC per month with a 10-15% profit share on marginal contribution.Commission Structure: Commission begins once CTC is covered (by month 6)Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, self-motivated approach.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Friendly, energetic, and focused with strong planning skills.Capable of prospecting, converting leads into sales, and establishing a client base.Significant experience in airfreight, with the ability to set up, run, and manage the division independently.Act as the primary contact for customers, selling Logistics services with a specific focus on airfreight.Develop and establish a client base rapidly, leveraging both new and existing customer relationships.Market, respond to RFQs, and execute sales activities while keeping a CRM system updated.Ensure seamless transition from customer to carrier, aligning with customer requirements and internal processes.Monitor and manage carrier performance, implementing strategies for enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.Proactively address any issues impacting service and oversee them to completion.Provide guidance, advice, and training to colleagues to foster growth and collaboration.This position is part of Logistics` new airfreight division.If you meet the requirements please forward your CV to Career Connect (Pty) Ltd
