Job Summary
- Creating and maintaining component footprints and libraries accurately on ALTIUM, adhering to IPC standards and Milkor Standards.
- Creating Loom Libraries in Capital Essentials harness schematics and harness drawings with Bill Of Materials.
- Working to configuration control and update component library and upload completed projects.
- Calculation of MTBF of electronic hardware designs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- National Higher Diploma or National Diploma in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent or, PCB CAD Training certification with a background in electronics.
- Proficiency in PCB CAD Packages, with experience in ALTIUM preferred.
- IPC J standards for PCB Layout and Design.
- IPC-WHMA-A-620 harness manufacturing standards.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with ALTIUM and Capital Essentials is highly beneficial.
- Meticulous to documents and process control.
