Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of asset management principles.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in asset management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

An opportunity for a motivated Assistant Asset Manager to assist in managing and optimizing the performance of a diverse asset portfolio.

• Monitor and analyze asset performance metrics.
• Support asset acquisition and disposal processes.
• Prepare financial and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in strategic planning and risk assessments.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure asset compliance.
