Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in scaffolding design and engineering within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of scaffolding regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capability to work in fast-paced environments.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design and engineer scaffolding structures based on project specifications and safety standards.
• Perform calculations to determine load-bearing capacities and stability of scaffolding systems.
• Select appropriate materials and equipment for scaffolding construction.
• Conduct site visits to ensure scaffolding installation meets design and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and site personnel to coordinate scaffolding needs and ensure proper implementation.
