Responsibilities:
Assess portfolios and manage monthly assessment plans.Capture and update assessment results.Provide feedback and maintain quality assurance.Schedule assessments and manage learner support.Conduct coaching sessions and provide feedback to facilitators.Moderate assessments and expand expertise as needed.Required Qualifications:Services SETA registrations in various NQF levels.Wholesale and Retail SETA registrations.Beneficial Experience:Experience in Contact Centre Management, Warehouse/Stores Management, Finance, Project Management, or Manufacturing/Production Management.Key
Requirements:
Fully vaccinated.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Ability to follow structured processes and work with clients.
