Finance Operational Manager

Job Summary
This role is based in Klipriver, Johannesburg South.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full financial function, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor and control cost management initiatives to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end processes.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering growth and professional development.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements, including VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management within the Manufacturing/Rentals industry.
- Strong understanding of financial and cost accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
