Duties:

Plan and execute a wide range of events, ensuring they meet the brand standards and objectives Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and maximising profitability Oversee guest relations to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction Handle the pressure of coordinating multiple events simultaneously Solve problems swiftly and efficiently as they arise during events Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution Required Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Events or Project Management Proven experience in managing events within the hospitality industry Education: Degree or diploma in Events or Project Management Experience: Previous experience in managing events within the hospitality industry Knowledge and Skills: Strong background in luxury hospitality Excellent project management skills Ability to manage budgets effectively Outstanding guest relations abilities Capacity to handle high-pressure situations Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Event Planning Additional courses in Marketing or Public Relations Working Conditions: This role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays to oversee events.
