Focusing on continuous improvement, youll lead efforts to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver real value to our organisation. Your success will depend on your ability to manage cross-functional projects, align IT systems with business needs, foster team collaboration, and ensure the upkeep of company policies, procedures, documentation, and training manuals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Intelligence & Data Analysis Collect, analyse, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise business processes and enhance performance. Collaborate with development and data teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Business Optimisation Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement. Implement process improvements and best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed. Lead cross-functional projects aimed at optimising business operations. Compliance Management Ensure all business processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify compliance and recommend corrective actions. Update and maintain documentation related to compliance and standard operating procedures. Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters. Customer Liaison/Interaction Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and met effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform business improvements. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with the “Business Development ManagerNew position to be filled,” operations, and dev departments to align business strategies and objectives. Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in strategic planning meetings to provide insights from a business intelligence and customer perspective. Costing and Financial Analysis Analysing sales, profitability, and costs at operational and customer levels. Implementing Activity-Based Costing tools and profitability tracking mechanisms. Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. Experience, Tech, Conceptual o Business & Process Optimisation o Standard Operating Procedures o Business Intelligence o Documentation RESPONSIBILITIES Work with developers and stakeholders to gather requirements for the database warehouse design and model Collaborate with the development team to design and build the database model Engage the development team to implement the database Understand the data needs of our company Determine the business needs for data reporting requirements Adjust access to the data and the reports as needed Work closely with the development team to implement data warehouse and reporting Understand the company`s data migration needs Turning unstructured data into useful information by auto-tagging document images and extracting the data for use Running tests, performing statistical analysis, and interpreting test results Help determine and manage data cleaning requirements Planning And Monitoring Variance Analysis
