The FCO will be reporting to the Senior Financial Officer, of which you will be at the forefront of ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing financial controls and, safeguarding the companys assets while minimizing financial risks. Minimum of 5 years experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least 3 years as a manager. Own transport, able to work extended hours when required You must have expertise in: Local and international financial regulations. Compliance audits and risk assessments. Financial controls and regulatory reporting. Stakeholder management, leadership, and people-management. Financial Acumen. Analytical skills. Interpersonal and communication skills. Duties Ensure that the business complies with financial regulations and legal standards across multiple African countries. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards. Implement strong internal financial controls to protect company assets. Lead financial risk assessments, audits, and investigations. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Develop and enforce compliance policies and frameworks.
