Responsibilities:

Develop technical quality solutions for production processes and coordinate customer complaints with management. Analyze parts returned from customers and warranty cases, providing reports and insights. Oversee or perform quality checks and inspections for designated products and manufacturing processes, including deciding on blocking suspect or defective parts for further review. Analyze and create technical concepts to optimize quality aspects in assigned production or assembly processes. Implement and verify the application of quality standards, initiatives, and technical concepts, supporting both internal and external audits. Manage complaints and associated costs, and work collaboratively with local Quality Management to initiate corrective actions. Handle customer complaints, 8D reports, and both internal and external quality reports. Support localization projects and manage internal and customer notifications and approvals. Drive quality improvement projects and initiatives. Qualifications: National Diploma or Bachelors degree in an engineering-related field. Over 4 years of experience in quality processes within the automotive industry. Knowledge of AIAG manuals (PPAP, APQP, QSA, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA) and related industry standards is preferred. Familiarity with IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001. Experience working with SAP. Proficient in English as a working language. Strong analytical thinking and goal/results-oriented approach.
