Job Summary

If so, I have the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for a versatile Business Support Administrator (Projects/Accounts/Personal Assistance) to join their team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administration, accounting, and project management while being the backbone of daily operations. What You`ll Be Doing: Managing general administrative tasks, including scheduling travel and meetings. Assisting with company accounts: allocating expenses, generating reports, and following up with debtors. Supporting project management activities to ensure smooth execution. Handling personal assistant duties as required. Running essential errands. Making and receiving professional phone calls with confidence. What They`re Looking For: A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to run occasional errands. A strong track record of stability in previous roles. Relevant experience in a similar role or industry. Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field. Proficiency in Sage accounting software . Experience with Zoho or other project management software is a plus. Availability within one month or less . A confident and professional approach to handling phone calls. Why Join Them?
