Work closely with blue-chip clients to understand their objectives and deliver events that meet and exceed expectations. Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring timely and high-quality service. Maintain strict event schedules, timelines, and checklists to ensure all tasks are executed promptly and professionally. Oversee on-site event setup, management, and teardown, handling any challenges with efficiency and composure. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and provide strategic recommendations for future improvements. Keep up with industry trends to continuously refine our event offerings. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration. 7 years of proven experience in managing events for blue-chip clients. Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and optimize budgets effectively. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive.
