Job Summary
Responsibilities:
1. Manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive. 2. Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation. 3. Organize events and conferences. 4. Remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines. 5. Manage databases and filing systems. 6. Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients. 7. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Confident, self-motivated and proactive approach. 7. High level of discretion and confidentiality. This job demands flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
