Job Summary
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR BENONI – SOUND SAP SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE R980K – CTC TRADE TESTED FITTER AND TURNER ESSENTIAL. ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION QUALIFICATION WOULD BE A GREAT ADVANTAGE Must have minimum 5 years production experience within HEAVY MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT Must have top experience in a production Staff supervision – strong leadership and managerial skills. Performance management Monitoring of production workflow and output and ensuring production scheules are met or exceeded Monitoring of quality, Health and Safety Good understanding of: CNC lathes, conventional, slotting, planning and milling machines Good understanding of engineering principles, production processes Understanding of PM and TPM practices This role required top technical skills (Fitting and Turning) , a hands-on approach and a high degree of work / quality ownership.
