Job Summary

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree in Computer Science, IT or related 5 years experience in network engineering or administration Hands on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and other network hardware Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and VPN protocols Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and security best practices Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and perform packet analysis Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent are highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork abilities Experience with SD-WAN and network automation tools (Ansible, Python, etc.) Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and QoS technologies Understanding of ITIL framework and network compliance requirements The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and cloud networks. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers, DHCP server. Monitor network performance and optimize network availability, reliability, and security. Manage network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and access controls. Perform network troubleshooting and resolve connectivity issues. Conduct capacity planning to ensure network scalability and efficiency. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network solutions with enterprise systems. Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and policies. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Provide technical support and training to internal teams when needed
