Job Summary

Minimum Requirements Educational: Matric certificate (essential). RE5 certification (essential). NQF Level 4 or 5 FAIS qualification (NQF 5 Wealth Management preferred). Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in client retention, client service, or sales. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Effective problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Professional, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
