Job Summary

Preferred Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques (backlog refinement, user stories, DoD, etc.) Familiarity with software development (C#, C++, and SQL advantageous but not essential) Experience with Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, etc.) Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and conflict-resolution abilities Managerial experience is a plus Key Responsibilities: Manage the project scope, timelines, and deliverables Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives) Coach teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and frameworks Act as a liaison between teams, product owners, and stakeholders Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to ensure project success Ensure high-quality deliverables at the end of each sprint Promote continuous improvement and Scrum maturity Foster a productive, ownership-driven team culture Ideal Candidate Attributes: Takes pride in their work and team success Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset Apply now
