Job Summary
Key Responsibilities: Sales Order Processing & Bulking:
- Accurately and politely receiving sales orders directly from customers.
- Ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately, timeously and delivered correctly to front-office sales personnel.
- Ensuring all sales orders are correctly bulked and processed in Delta.
Sales Accounts Management
- Ensuring sales accounts are up to date in terms of relevant payment details and terms.
- Ensuring all communications are sent to clients in a timeous manner via our sales personnel.
- Reporting on account information relating to sales and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with sales order processing software, such as Delta (or equivalent systems), is a plus
- Proven experience in managing sales accounts, logistics, and transportation.
