Job Summary

Three Positions
Electrical Engineering (Light current/Instrumentation) x 2
Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) x 1
On successful completion of the programme and subject to satisfactory performance, Trainees
may be appointed to a First Line Manager or Middle Manager position.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a well-structured program aimed at gaining practical experience in the field of Electrical Engineering.
- Engage in the application of theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios within the sugar production environment.
- Work under the guidance of experienced professionals to develop essential managerial skills.
- Collaborate with teams across various departments to contribute to operational excellence and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Completion of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or a Bachelor of Technology (BTech)
- Matric senior certificate with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English.
- South African citizenship.
