Duties: Bookings for lodge, spa and game drives. Room checks Curio stocktakes Greeting guests and attending to their needs. Do night shifts, which are taken in turns (hosting dinner guests and serving them drinks and acting as manager on duty). Requirements: Grade 12 A formal Game Lodge Management qualification will be an advantage Minimum 2-4 years in Front of House in 45-star establishments Computer literate Excellent sales & customer care skills Strong admin skills Knowledge of stock control in bar, food & curios departments Have good organizational skills Must be acquainted with booking systems (Semper preferred) Well-spoken and well presented Resilient & flexible Strong leadership and communication skills Must be able to work under pressure Manage guest delight events with passion
