Job Summary
- Drive new business acquisition to grow market share within the ICT sector.
- Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities to grow wallet share.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team.
- Support the team in customer meetings, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date pipeline reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments and OEM partners to ensure optimal customer solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, products, and competitive trends.
- Report on competitor activities and market insights to develop effective sales strategies.
- Foster and maintain strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage administrative tasks, including sales reporting and activity tracking.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Sales Management or Business Management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales Management role, preferably within the ICT industry.
- Proven track record of managing a successful sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of ICT products, services, and customer solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective time, diary, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Tshwane resident preferred.
