Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of service excellence and compassion in line with patient-centred care principles
- Demonstrate a professional commitment through active participation in ongoing training and in-service programs
- Share knowledge, skills, and experience to support best nursing practices within scope
- Exhibit self-discipline, accountability, and strong leadership in daily nursing activities

- Ensure accurate, legal documentation of all patient care interventions

Minimum Requirements
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary
- Experience in private healthcare, preferably in a paediatric setting
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
