• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Qualified Artisan/Millwright (Trade Certificate essential)
• Diploma in Engineering (advantageous)
• At least 5 years’ experience servicing and maintaining dairy machines and equipment
• Minimum 3 years’ proven managerial experience
