Job Summary
Key Performance Areas
- Drive achievement of short-term rental (STR) targets and budgets.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and communication to build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct telesales, manage quote records, and maintain a prospects register.
- Submit weekly and monthly stock utilization and count reports.
- Prepare and finalize refinance and defleet documentation.
- Manage reservations, deliveries, and collections of STR fleet units.
- Coordinate transport scheduling, trip planning, and invoicing.
- Ensure all required delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and authorized (e.g., credit applications, signed contracts, customer orders).
- Invoice for rental periods (daily/weekly/monthly), including excess hours.
- Liaise with debtors for account-related matters and follow up on payments.
- Ensure forklifts and machinery have valid load test certificates.
- Coordinate with the workshop for machine readiness prior to delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and queries with professional resolution and timely follow-up.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the manager.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Grade 12 / Matric
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar administrative or fleet coordination role.
- Computer Literacy: Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- System Knowledge: Proficient in Kerridge system (data entry and reporting).
