My client is urgently seeking to recruit a Food and Beverage Manager .
Join their team as a Food and Beverage Manager at one of the most esteemed Golf Clubs in the Western Cape. As a pivotal member of the leadership, you’ll oversee and elevate the F&B experience across all outlets, function facilities, bars, and halfway house operations. The role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality, a strategic mindset, and a flair for exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and management oversight for all Food and Beverage operations.
- Ensure high-quality service standards are consistently maintained across various outlets and event spaces.
- Develop and execute innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control to optimize resources and minimize waste.
- Oversee month-end trade reporting, analyzing data to make informed decisions and drive profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff to maintain exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of F&B services with overall club operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the Food and Beverage industry, preferably within a high-end hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail in managing inventory and financial reporting.
- Innovative mindset with a track record of implementing successful F&B initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry trends, customer preferences, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, staff, and club members effectively.
