Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create compelling visual content across various formats, including videos, static images, animated graphics, and large-scale vinyl and digital banners. A strong knack for visually representing data and statistics is essential. This role requires an independent self-starter with excellent time management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a creative mindset to deliver high-quality designs that align with our corporate identity and objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Design and produce engaging videos, static images, and animated graphics for digital and print campaigns.- Create and execute designs for large-scale vinyl banners and digital banners.- Visually represent data and statistics through info graphics, charts, and other creative formats.- Develop corporate designs that adhere to branding guidelines and meet stakeholder expectations.- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute projects that meet business objectives.- Manage your time independently, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.- Identify and report on potential bottlenecks in the design process and proactively propose solutions.- Meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality, adapting to changing priorities as needed.- Utilize desktop publishing tools to create brochures, reports, and other print-ready materials.- Think creatively and contribute ideas to enhance campaigns and marketing materials. Requirements:- Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or completed works related to a similar field.- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is Essential. Canva or any other online graphic design platform as a bonus.- Strong understanding of design principles and trends, with an ability to produce corporate as well as creative designs.- Expertise in video editing, animation, and data visualization.- Experience in designing large-scale banners and digital advertisements.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet short deadlines effectively.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of projects from conception to completion.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.- Experience in digital marketing or advertising.- Knowledge of 3D design and motion graphics is a plus.
