About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client in the Plastic Packaging industry is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in the Western Cape. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in all aspects of the sales process within the industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting with the development of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Coordinate sales team activities, including scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining customer relationships
- Prepare and send out quotes, contracts, and other relevant sales documents
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as required
Requirements
- Degree/diploma
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the horticultural or meat industry
- Valid, unendorsed drivers license and own reliable vehicle
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
- Strong MS Excel, Syspro, and PowerBI experience
- Excellent sales skills
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
