Job Summary
- Lead, motivate, and develop the new vehicle sales team to achieve targets.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to maximize profitability and growth.
- Manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee stock control, vehicle display, and dealership standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving repeat and referral business.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Sales Manager at franchised dealership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Business acumen with strong reporting and analytical ability.
- Valid driver’s license.
