• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Manage internal controls, risk assessments, and governance frameworks.
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee and mentor finance team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA(SA) qualification required.
• Minimum 5 years post-articles experience, with at least 3 years in a financial management or controller role.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and corporate governance.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
