Implement and monitor risk management, compliance, and adherence to municipal bylaws and relevant legislation . Requirements 5 years experience in utilities management, municipal accounts, or property utilities administration . Strong background in the property management or real estate sector (essential). Proven experience in accounts reconciliation, creditors management, and payment processing . Valid drivers licence.
