The Architect will be responsible for architectural Design Creating construction drawings Overseeing site supervision, and administering contracts. Additionally, the Architect will engage in project management Coordinate with various stakeholders, and integrate software solutions to enhance design efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design Experience in Project Management and overseeing construction projects Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Registered with the relevant architectural boards and councils Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) Commitment to sustainable and green building design principles Revit must be excellent Salary Highly negotiable
