Qualifications, skils and experience required: Matric & FAIS-recognised qualification (NQF 5 or higher). RE5 certification. COB certification (especially 3 & 7). DOFA in long-term insurance. At least 12 months proven financial planning/advisory experience. Established client base (middle- to high-income earners preferred). Strong business development skills and entrepreneurial mindset. Key responsibilties: We are looking for experienced and entrepreneurial financial planners to: Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans for individuals and businesses. Deliver tailored solutions across risk, investment, retirement, and estate planning. Build and manage a profitable client base through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Conduct regular client reviews to strengthen long-term relationships. Maintain the highest compliance standards while acting in your clients best interests. Settling-in allowance : R25 000 per month for the first 2 months. Earnings model : 80% of commission to the Financial Planner, 20% to the Franchise.
