Job Description
- Matric.
- 2 years of experience.
- Speak Portuguese and Afrikaans.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administration and clerical tasks to support daily operations.
- Handle the filing of documents to ensure records are organised and easily accessible.
- Process invoices and assist with basic financial administration.
- Manage incoming orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Provide support to the internal sales team, including preparing quotes and following up with customers.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional manner.
- Ensure data entry is accurate and up to date in relevant systems.
- Support other team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
