We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support key initiatives within the banking and finance sector. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging your Salesforce expertise to deliver impactful solutions that support operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Salesforce capabilities.
• Design and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Deliver training and user support to ensure optimal system adoption and functionality.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure quality assurance throughout development cycles.
• Support ongoing enhancement requests and configuration changes in Salesforce.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications are required.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, tools, and capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and solution mapping.
