Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a HR Manager: Mining to be based in Mpumalanga!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals, supporting organizational growth and culture.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution, and ensure fair disciplinary processes and compliance with CCMA requirements.
• Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, coaching, and succession planning for high-potential talent.
• Ensure HR policy compliance with labour legislation, support Employment Equity and BBBEE initiatives, and provide accurate HR reporting.
• Maintain HR systems and records, support payroll processes, and oversee employee benefits administration.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or related field
• 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manager level position within a mining environment
• Valid Drivers License
